•  Picforever LLC is not responsible for lost Charms, CZ-Charms, Birthstone's, and Photo Charms. 
  
• If any Charms, CZ-Charms, Birthstone's, Photo Charm are lost due to a manufactures defect. Only after the locket has been returned and examined will any charm replacement be considered.
  
• Picforever is not responsible for loss of Charms, CZ-Charms, Birthstone's, and Photo Charms caused directly from mishandling the product.
  
• A Photo Charm is considered a special order item and all special orders are a final sale.
  
• We take pride in our work and we examine each and every locket and photo charm very thoroughly before any item leaves our shipping deportment. 
  
•  If the photo sent is not to our standards we will contact the customer and give the customer the option to resubmit an alternant photo.
  

Returns will be refused without prior authorization via phone or email. Shipping charges are not refundable, To receive credit, all items must be received within 14 days from the date of purchase and in original condition. For credit card purchases, a refund will be issued to the purchaser's credit card after we receive the returned item and inspect it for damage. Once an order has been placed you will have 24 hours to make any correction or changes to your order. after the 24 hour time period your order will become final and so will the sale.

Damages

 Picforever LLC

Damages must be reported by phone or email within 24 hours of receipt of shipment. Credit for damages will be issued only after the product has been returned to Picforever LLC. Upon inspection, if Picforever approves the return of the damaged item, we will replace the damaged merchandise and refund the customer's return postage costs.
